Excellence First Enterprise Consultancy (EFEC) is a UK-anchored consultancy and ecosystem facilitator, founded in 2006. We support leadership capability, talent development, and responsible international collaboration through trusted, long-term partnerships.
Our work spans three areas:
(1) education and training, including leadership development for schools and institutions;
(2) global talent development through CognateUK (in development for a planned 2026 launch); and
(3) ecosystem facilitation—helping organisations build relationships and work effectively across cross-cultural, regulatory, and operational contexts, including in the life sciences sector.
EFEC’s approach is evidence-informed and practical, focused on sustainable, trust-based collaboration across education, research, and industry.
